The second project meeting of #CoOp project was held in Warsaw, Poland, between 16-19 March, 2018. The Polish partner of the project, Robinson Crusoe Foundation hosted participants representing partner organizations, Youth Work Ireland (Ireland), Asset Tec (Greece) Fundacja Robinson Crusoe (Poland), Fundatia Danis (Romania) and Norsensus Mediaforum (Norway).
During the project meeting, the partners got the chance to revise the project road map, ongoing intellectual outputs work, mainly the national research on SMEs-youth organizations partnership and future project activities and the best practices guide developed for youth organizations from the five partner countries.
Moreover, the partners held presentations on their work about the project, receiving feedback from the other team members. Additionally, they worked on video blogging techniques, trying out different apps and making a short video about the project meeting itself.
CoOp project aims to enhance the collaboration between Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and youth organizations, thus to promote and encourage private investment in youth development, and education. The main goal of the project is to support youth workers and youth organizations to diversify their funding sources and attract investments from the business sector, by professionalizing them in the field of CSR / fundraising from SMEs.
